Wellesley Weston Lifetime Learning* Presents “Women in the World of International Business”
Join Pam Kubbins, local businesswoman entrepreneur as she takes you through a spirited presentation of words, and photography about her homegrown Wellesley scarf design business, Pam’s Pashminas & Exotic Scarves. In her presentation the former Delta Air Lines flight attendant describes how her passion for fashion & beauty and nature & travel photography converged and gave her inspiration to develop a line of unique all natural fiber scarves all with the purpose of making women feel good and look great! Pam will explain how, in her global search for beautiful textiles, she currently works with artists, designers and manufacturers here in the US and in India to create gorgeous one of a kind pieces of wearable art. Her story is filled with interesting vignettes about people she has met and places she has visited around the world. Come hear Pam talk about innate human nature, cultural differences and friends she has made along the way.
