Please keep in mind that colors and fabrics often vary from computer to computer. If what you received is not what you expected, we will replace it or refund your payment.
Returns
Returns can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of receiving your order. Shipping/postage, and/or customs fees cannot be refunded. Please contact us before returning any merchandise so we can be watching for it.
Shipping
We strive to ship orders with 3 business days of order receipt. You will be notified when your beautiful scarf ships so you know when to expect it. All products are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail and standard rates apply. If we receive orders with an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address and the purchase is lost or returned, the customer will be responsible for the product charges and/or excess shipping. We are not liable for lost or stolen merchandise.
